He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his son Bob Rice III (Elysha); his brothers, Paul Rice (Jan) and Bill Rice (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Paul Saager (Debbie). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Salvation Army or the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
