He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose and Engracia; his siblings, Carmencita, Teresita and Danilo; and his son Anthony Rainier.
He is survived by: his wife Teresita; his sons, Michael (Anna) of Lisle, IL, Ray (Kim) of Oregon, WI, Jay (Katy) of Brookfield, WI and Edward (Andrea) of Front Royal, VA; his grandchildren, Emma, Ruby, Vivian, Jack, Charlton, Melody, Aberin and Eleanor; his brothers, Benjamin (Aurora) and Angelito; and his nephew Nick Aquilizan (Moniquea). He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
