He was predeceased by: his son Ronald A. Kozik. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Kozik; his children, Karen Stumph (John) and Gerald Kozik (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kirsten Wood (Paul), Olivia Stumph and Kollin Kozik (Annie); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Ada June; and his sister Doris Netzler (John). He is also survived by family members and friends.
