She is survived by: her husband Gregory; her children, Brian Kurutz and Stacy Unger (Jessey); her brother Charles "Chuck" Mumma (Deb); and her sibling's children, James Reck (Lezlee), Scott Reck, Jenny Garens (Andy), Susie Kurutz (Curtis), Tommy Kurutz, Stefani Kurutz and Joey Kurutz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
