Seymour Koltin Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 22, 2025, at the age of 96, Seymour Koltin (Brookfield, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Koltin and Emil Koltin; and his siblings, Fred, Rita Cohen (Melvin) and Eileen.
He is survived by: his wife LaVerne; his children, Howard, Allan (Sharon) and Kathy Blumenfeld (Michael); and his grandchildren, Zachary (Carly), Joshua (Zoe Sellman), Rebekah, Jack (Avery), Brian and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Cy's memory to Congregation Emanu-El B'ne Jeshurun, Hunger Task Force, American Cancer Society, or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
