She is survived by: her children, Wendy Staves, Michael (Tasa), Stavropoulos, Niko, Mia and Teddy (Liz); her siblings, David Evan, Marabeth Foreman and Patricia Lambert; her stepchildren, Jackie (Steve), Lee, Steven, Jenna, Kristopher, Angel, Daniel, Anna, Jovi (Abbie), Nicole Djokovic (Ljubo) and Jason Jensen; her nieces and nephews, Christopher Hembree (Shannon), Birkleigh Walters (Chris), David Worth Foreman (Renee), Molly Epperly (Tim), Sarah Spann (Josh), Megan Berta (Matt), Reeve Foreman (Ashly) and Emily Scaggs (Justin); her goddaughter Chloe Daley; her spouse Jovan; and her brothers, Paul Simon, Pavarotti and Carpenters. She is also survived by four children, Susan spent summers at her grandparents.
