She was predeceased by: her father Henry Hasenbush. She is survived by: her mother Betty Jane; her husband Nelson Hernandez; her sons, James Hernandez (Angela) and Scott Hernandez (Maria); her brother Michael Hasenbush (Leslie); and her grandchildren, Mikayla, Sophia Hernandez, Trey and Payton Kubusek.
