She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Gain and Shirley Gain; her father-in-law John M. Flom; her cousin Jeff Chandler; and her aunts, Kim Bastile and Maureen Saunders.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Flom; her son Matthew J. Flom; her mother-in-law Beverly Ann Flom; and her sisters, Cheryl Fairbrother (Brian) and Cindy Gain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Kettle Moraine Presbyterian Church, Wounded Warriors or Lisbon Presbyterian Church in Susan's name are welcome.
