He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Nichols (Nancy); and his parents, Donald Nichols and Lila Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Christine Nichols; his children, Jennifer Cottrill (Justin), Jessi Nichols, Karli Nichols and Ashli Maddocks (Mike); his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Harper and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Carol McCabe (Tom), Dana Whitter (Tom) and Nanci Dillon (Tim). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
