He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey and Helene; his wife Patricia Kurtz; and his brother Ned Kurtz (late Susan). He is survived by: his brother Jim Kurtz (Barbara); his daughters, Katherine Prewitt (Terry), Margaret Fetzer (John) and Rebecca Nosek (Wes); his grandchildren, Grace Skogman (Clayton), Maggie Schelfhout (Jared), Gabriel Prewitt (Rebecca), Joshua Prewitt, Rebekah Fetzer, Luke Fetzer, Sarah Fetzer (Channing Dokken), Laura Fetzer, Amanda Fetzer, Benjamin Fetzer, Jonah Nosek (Julia Vara), Ellis Nosek, Faith Nosek and Ameenah Nosek; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Calvin. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends and neighbors.
