He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Michael (Jenny), Peter and Robert (Cathrine); his grandchildren, Lucas, Adam, Vivienne, Emmeline and Eloise; his sisters, Mary Wittmann (Dick), Ellen Kozlowicz (Bob) and Joan Temple (John-Peter); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Webster, Richard Kosut (Pat) and Ken Kosut. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
