He is survived by: his wife Barbara R; his daughter Lisa; his granddaughters, Jamie Schmidt and Heather Carabajal; his great grandchild Liliana Carabajal; and his caregivers, Denise, DeAnna and Dr. Thurman. He is also survived by his family, especially his wife.
