He is survived by: his wife Arlene Frye; his stepchildren, Tammy Rice (Bill) and Jeremy "Boz" Staniec (Angela); his stepgrandchildren, Brianna Ebert (Bryce) and Brandon Pritchard; his siblings, David Forbes (Juanita "Janie"), Daniel Forbes (Ruth) and Gail Slivicke (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Knar (Bill), Sharon Wiand, Daniel Ciokiewicz, Randy Ciokiewicz (Karen) and Tim Ciokiewicz (Justan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
