He is survived by: his wife Jo Dunlavy of Browntown; his children, Tyler Van Dusen (Karlyn) of Belleville, Tiffany Moore (Alyssa) of Brodhead, A. J., Ben Meligan (Savannah) of Mineral Point and Brandon Schofield of Spring Hill, FL; his grandchildren, Simon, Malcolm, Lili, Violet, Ryerson, Calvin, Everly, Julia, Leyton and Sawyer; his father Carl Van Dusen Jr. (Marian); his siblings, Laurie Martin (Louis), LeRoy Baker (Tracey), Lenny Tollakson (Terry), Kurt Tollakson (Theresa), Steve Tollakson (Mary) and Todd Tollakson (Jennifer); and his sister-in-law Denise Klassy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
