He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Allen Olson and Ruth Marie Olson (Gemmill); his siblings, Ted and Sondra "Jo" Peterson; his brother-in-law Gary Peterson; and his nephews, Michael Peterson, Todd Raivala and Grant Raivala.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Raivala; his children, Keith Olson (Shari), Billy Cockerham (Lisa), Kimberly Lydon (Stephen Kauppi) and Jenny Olson; his grandchildren, Adam Olson (Michaela), Micah Olson (Sidney), Jessi Fuller (Nick), Joseph Lydon, Jack Cockerham and Brady Olson; his brother Douglas Olson (Pirrko); and his brothers-in-law, Wesley Raivala (Lenore), Melvin Raivala (Rachel) and Howard Raivala.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brule Presbyterian Church (5810 County Rd H, Brule, WI 54820). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
