He is survived by: his stepsons, Steven Lutz of Minneapolis and Peter Gaustad of Glenwood City, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Parker, Bennett and Isabella Gaustad; Dorothy Spiller (Richard) of Fifield, Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
