He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kipp and Lena Kipp; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Kipp; his siblings, Wallace Kipp (Lois), Ellard Kaye, Kay Slaasted, Bill Kipp (Carol), Judy Engebose (John) and Jim Kipp; and his sister-in-law Julie Kipp.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ev Lockwood; his children, Colleen Jandrin (Chris), Lisa Fitzgerald-Condon, Steve Kipp and Todd Fitzgerald (Sheila Brenwall); his grandchildren, Ashley, Clint (Melissa), Cole, Barrett and Braelyn; and his siblings, Janet Kaye, Arlene Ploor, Linda Kintopf (Allan) and Roger Kipp. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis and St. Mary Parish (9716 Cemetery Rd, Brussels, WI 54204). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
