He is survived by: his parents, Danny J. Chaudoir and Carrie L. Chaudoir (Todd); his uncle Ryan; his wife Gina M. Allen; his children, Allen and Hazel; his siblings, Todd Chaudoir (Michelle) and Lynn Forbes (Phil); his parents-in-law, Mark and Cheryl Allen; his nieces and nephews, Emma, Jack, Trevor, Jacob, Raegan, Aaron and Brielle; his grandfather David Chaudoir Sr.; and his close friends, Pam, Bruce Alberts and Matt Phillips. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Ryan's name.
