She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Bergmann and Elisabeth M. Bergmann (Brunner); her husband Kenneth A. Jacobs; and her daughter-in-law Mona. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Jacobs (Mary), Tim Jacobs (Beth), Ted Jacobs (Jill), Terry Jacobs and Christine Blawat (Brian). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
