He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Day. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Day (Jacobs); his wife Shelly Yopp; and his sister Tammy Fonseca (Jorge). He is also survived by several nieces' and nephew's, Aunt's and Uncle's, and many cousins.
