She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Carlon and Myrtle Burdan Carlon; her brother John Carlon; and her husband Dr. Eli T. Samet. She is survived by: her children, Elisa Samet Tooker (Rodd), Rachel Samet Bird and Joshua Samet; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Randhill Park Cemetery (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made out to Operation Smile or World Wildlife Fund.
