It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ingrid Helen Winkle of Burlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Hess and Eva Hess (Helmlinger); and her sister Anna Hess. She is survived by : her husband Harry Winkle; her sons, Richard Winkle (Sonya) of Arkdale, WI and Kenny Winkle (Heather); her sister Kristina Devore (Kyle) of Delavan, WI; her grandchildren, Gavin, Hunter, Autumn, Cohen, Ethan Winkle, Jayden and Hailey Devore; and her brother Leonard "Lenny" Hess of Burlington, WI. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
