He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adamek and Lorraine Dorn; and his stepfather Allan. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lackas; his children, Kevin Adamek (Amy) and Sue Chilcoat (Jerry); his grandchildren, Quinn, Holly Adamek, Brooke, Autumn and Lukas Chilcoat; and his brother John Adamek.
