He is survived by: his wife Jan Whitehouse; his children, Pam Cannestra and Gregory Weems; his stepdaughters, Susanna Fenlon (Lee) and Kathryn Boersma (Zaque Pangburn); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Joey, Gina, David, Zachary, Daniel and William. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
