We announce the death of John L. Moen of Burlington, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Moen and Hope Moen; and his brother James Moen. He is survived by: his wife Carlyn Madsen; his children, Gregory Moen (Laurie), Jeffrey Moen (Julie) and Julie Ann Moen; his adoptive daughter RaeLynn Weltzien; his grandsons, Jess Moen (Madelyn), Reid Moen and Brett Moen; his great grandchild Hazel Moen; and his sisters, Marjorie Agner (Bud) and Marilyn Fay (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church.
