The family announces the passing of Mitchell J. Daniels of Burlington, Wisconsin on August 25, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Daniels and Doris Daniels (Vos); his sister Marjorie Weiss; and his nephews, Paul Weiss and Benjamin Ketterhagen.
He is survived by: his children, Austin Daniels (Taryn) of Kimberly, WI and Abbey Daniels (Matt Krueger) of Kaukauna, WI; his grandchildren, Aspen and Noah Daniels; his siblings, Michael Daniels, Mark Daniels (Debbie), Matthew Daniels (Donna), Marian Hancock (Craig), Marlene Daniels, Madalyn Long (Emmett), Marilee Moran (Phil), Greg Pieters (Kathy), Marvin Daniels (Kathleen), Marcel Daniels (Shelly), Marti Daniels (Dawn) and Monte Daniels (Michaela); and his brother-in-law Jim Weiss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home & Crematory (625 Browns Lake Dr, Burlington, WI 53105).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to St. Charles Parish or Zilber Family Hospice in Mitch's name.
