She was predeceased by: her parents, Steen Johnson and Marie Johnson; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Lois Threlkeld; her brother Thomas; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Threlkeld and Kristine Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Threlkeld, Sr.; her children, Richard Threlkeld, Jr. (Connie), Kristen Olson (Craig) and Anna Peters (Todd); her brother Christopher Johnson; and her grandchildren, T. J., Jasmine, Andrew, Callie, Richard and Benji. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, their children, and so many more wonderful family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (148 W Main St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1101 Cemetery Rd, Lake Geneva, WI 53147).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family has asked that you please make a donation in Pat's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
