He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Andres (Graack); his daughters, Yvonne Lambert (Byron) and Monica Andres (Richard Kaplan); his grandchildren, Lauren Lambert and Michael Lambert (Kirsten McGannon); his sister Mary Richtmyre; his nephew Robert Richtmyre; and his niece Ronda Bauer. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
