He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Krystowiak and Dolores Krystowiak; his parents-in-law, Robert and Betsy Rollins; his brothers, Greg Krystowiak and Dale Krystowiak; and his sister-in-law Carol Krystowiak.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Rollins; his children, Amanda (David) and Deephouse; his grandchildren, Katelynn and Jonathan; his sons, Dustin (Katelin) and David (Emily); his sister Chris Wilburth (Dan); and his sisters-in-law, Romaine Krystowiak and Debbie Krueger (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 417 S. Kane St., Burlington.
