He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Pieper and Leona Pieper (Woock); his son Craig; and his brother-in-law Virgil Binder. He is survived by : his wife Ruth A. Binder; his children, Cynthia Pieper and Clint Pieper (Trisha); his grandchildren, Caitlin and Cody Pieper; his siblings, Merlin Pieper and Janice Pieper; his niece Patricia (Andy); and his nephew Robert (Nan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations in LaVern's name may be direct to the Burnett Fire Department, Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, the Dodge County Antique Power Club or the charity of one's choice.
