She was predeceased by : her parents, William Jazak and Caroline Schweitzer Jazak; her husband Henry "Hank" Braatz; and her siblings, Vic, Joseph Jazak and Helen Brodzeller.
She is survived by : her daughters, Karen M. Pursley (William Lee) of Ripon, WI, Susan A. Boda (Jeff) of Waupun, WI and Amy L. Sobczak (Mark) of Elm Grove, WI; her grandchildren, Sarah S. Sterling (Malik) of Milwaukee, WI, Linda M. Russell (Justin) of Lago Vista, TX, Alexandra L. Sobczak of New York, NY and Austin J. Sobczak of Elm Grove, WI; and her sister Margaret Skelton of West Bend, WI. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
