It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Belle Bistram in Burnett, Wisconsin, born in Presho, South Dakota, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Pete Nelson and Ruth Nelson; her husband Joe Bistram; her siblings, Violet Olson, Laurel Nelson, Arthur Nelson (Bud), Hazel Van Reese and Laura Nelson; her grandson William Joseph Bistram (Billy Joe); and her siblings-in-law, Irene Nelson, Betty Nelson and Gerald Van Reese.
She is survived by : her children, Dennis Bistram, Lanny Bistram of Frederic and Dee Anne McIntyre of Osceola; her foster son Bob Metoxen (Susan) of Hopkins; and her grandchildren, Jamie Bistram (Kathy), Jan Sanford (David), Jacki Bistram, Carry Hipp (Eddie), David Bistram (Michelle), Britney Bistram, Travis McIntyre (Aimee), Sean McIntyre (Angie), Sarah Caston (Sam) and Andy Metoxen. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
