With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Cermak Jr. of Butternut, Wisconsin, born in Cicero, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parents, James Sr. and Josephine; and his sister Judy Cermak Bormann. He is survived by: his children, Amy Cermak (Ralph Carey) of New Jersey and Jamie Cermak (Annie Bussiere) of Maine; and his brother Jerry Cermak (Judy-Ann) of Indiana. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, former students, and friends.
