Donald Eldon Sampson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Eldon Sampson of Byron, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sampson and Loretta Sampson (Franke); his former wife Therese Sampson; his wife Ferne Sampson; his son Douglas "Smokey" Sampson; his granddaughter Becky; his siblings, Arlin Sampson (Eunice) and Rosie Rusch (Rolly); and his brother-in-law Andy Zuehlke.
He is survived by: his former wife Therese Berg of Ashford; his children, Dennis "Cotty" Sampson (Martha), Dale Sampson, Kay Rubin (Barry), Dean Sampson (Cindy) and Mary Laudolff (Mark); and his sister-in-law Marion Zuehlke. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
