He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Parish and Evelyn Parish (Gongorek); and his siblings, Don Parish (Harriet), David Parish (Margie), Edward Parish and Dorothy Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie A. Petri; his daughter Patty Parish; his siblings-in-law, Edward Jacobs and Victoria Schara (Richard); and his pet Tofu. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
