He is survived by: his wife Debra Doman; his son David F. Cibulka (Andrea); his grandson Ruger Cibulka; his sister Peggy M. Demge (Way); and his sister-in-law Ellen Bingen (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
