He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Jacob and Dorothea Jacob (Becker); and his sisters, Dorothy, Lorraine and Arlene.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Jacob of Cable, WI; his children, Jayne Phillips (Bill) of Kenosha and Bruce Jacob (Lori) of Kenosha; and his grandchildren, Tim Plutchak (Brittany), Cassandra Carroll, Kevin Moldenhauer, Brienne Helbig (Jonathon), Lauren Koukal (Cody), Brylee Merritt (John) and Mackenzi Merritt (Ephraim). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
