She was predeceased by: her parents, Wencle Stipek and Agnes Stipek; her husband Lloyd Prokupek; her daughter Lisa; and her siblings, Dale and Violet.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Berget (Mike), Lloyd, Lucy Peloquin-Ross (Bob) and Lynda (Kent Larson); her son-in-law Dennis Wille; and her brother Wencle Stipek (Theresa).
