He was predeceased by: his parents, William Starck and Lillian Starck (Schaller); his siblings, Alvin Starck (Alice), Lloyd Starck (Arlene), Herman Starck, Reuben Starck (Catherine), Dale Starck (Pam) and Joyce Seichter (Bob); and his grandson Shaun Robert Starck.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Starck (Kohls); his children, Robert Jr. (Janet), Richard (Jenny), Susan Vrana (Kim) and Sheryl Van Gruensven (Dennis); his grandchildren, Erin Liebelt (Scott), Jenna Starck (Ward Dobbs), Ricki Starck, Brittany Allan (Jordan), Kelsey Vrana, Ryder Starck (Mallory), Cameron Vrana (Lindsey), McKinsey Eron (Cole) and Brooklyn Van Gruensven; and his great grandchildren, Gabbi, Griffin, Thea, Juniper, Josie, Sterling and Finnegan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church, Cadott or the American Heart Association.
