She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Hazelton (Stafford) and Lawrence Hazelton; and her siblings, Edward Hazelton, Sharon Crouse (Hazelton) and Brad Hazelton.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Peck; her children, Paul Monpas and Brandi Mizzell (Monpas); her stepchildren, Sarah Peck, Shelley Pearson (Nathan) and Tim Peck (Katie); her grandchildren, Michael, Brianna, Tyler, Grace, Amanda, Emily, Ben, Jason, Dale, Katelynn, Karlie and Allie; her great grandchild Emareya; and her sister Pam Bollom. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
