He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus and Esther. He is survived by: his wife Janet S. Ruiz; his pet Maggie; his siblings, Maria Soledad-Vargas (Ed), Humberto Vargas (Krista), Jaime Vargas and Laura Koelsch (James); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Gumbert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CDT St. Louis Catholic Church (13207 County Rd G, Caledonia, WI 53103). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (13207 County Rd G, Caledonia, WI 53103).
Relatives and friends may meet with the family at church from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Memorials to Humane World for Animals have been suggested.
