He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Burroughs (Henry) and Jesse Burroughs; his in-laws, Laura and John Breeser; his siblings, Lucille Colsch (Bob), Lois Nelson (Lyle), Bob Burroughs, Donnie Burroughs (Bonnie) and Tim Burroughs; his son-in-law Mike Steele; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Breeser, Luella Meyer (Merlin), Jack Schleich and Al Schlinsog.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Breeser (Breeser) of John's Catholic Church; his children, Terry Burroughs (Wausau), Brenda Johnson (Caledonia), Sherry Steele (Caledonia) and Jeff Burroughs (Woodbury); and his sisters, Alice Schleich, Joan Breeser (Lee), Donna Schlinsog, Jeannie Kruse (Larry), Janice Burroughs and Erma Burroughs. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fredrickson Funeral Home, Caledonia Chapel (518 W Main St, Caledonia, MN 55921).
