He is survived by: his children, Mike Christofferson (Marcia), Ralph Christofferson (Mary Ann) and Vicki Hawes (John); and his grandchildren, Brett Christofferson (Ashley Marie), Ashley Lynn Fenderson (LaQuan), Joshua Christofferson, Jaymie Tomes (Wendell), Jessica Prill (Rob), Christopher Schram (Lynn), Jacob Hawes (Katie), Mitchell Hawes (Abbie) and Mason Hawes. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church- Caledonia, Stars and Stripes Honor Flight or American Legion Post #305 have been suggested.
