He is survived by: his wife Imogene Ruth Johnson (Imy); his sons, John Dorival (Shari) and Chris Dorival (Ruth); his grandchildren, Eric (Sara), Kelli, Madi and Sam; and his brother-in-law Harold Johnson (Mary).
