Nancy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Nancy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Nancy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank P. Scheel and Agnes J. Scheel (Fisch); her husband Lee; and her siblings, Raymond, Donald, Francis and Beatrice. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (705 Femrite Dr, Monona, WI 53716). Nancy was very active in RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), in 2014 receiving the Dane County RSVP President's Lifetime Achievement Award.
