He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Olson Axt and Alfred L Axt. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Lisa Axt Alexander and Karen Axt; his son-in-law Donald Alexander; and his grandsons, Zachary and Gregory. He is also survived by nieces, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
