She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Swant and Elsie Swant (Simpson); her sons, Vince and Warren Wood; and her friend Mike Orton.

She is survived by: her son Charles Wood; her grandchildren, Amanda Wood, Trista Kittleson (Troy), Mike Wood (Jill), Randall Wood, Kristina Borneman (Mitch) and Laura Tomlinson; her stepdaughters, Linda Garske and Kimberly Orton-Pierce; and her close friends, Don Solie and Russell Hoel. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
