We announce the death of Bruce C. Gerke of Camp Douglas, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril "Red" Gerke and Dorothy Gerke (Quackenbush); and his brothers, Dennis and Dale. He is survived by: his wife Traci Quist of Camp Douglas; his children, Sean Gerke of Tomah, Bryce Gerke (Emma) of Onalaska and Hanah Gerke (Randy) of Hillsboro; his sister Terri Burton (John) of Leon, IA; his grandchildren, Clayton, Camden, Rinly and Rosalie; and his sister-in-law Tammi Landowski (Duane) of Camp Douglas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home (801 E Monowau St, Tomah, WI 54660).
