He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maxie Harvey Sr., Pat and Jim Caucutt; his aunt Carol Scott; his uncles, Steve Caucutt and Max Harvey Jr.; and his cousin Tara Scott.
He is survived by: his mother Ginger Harvey (Izayah Woodson Deal Harvey); his child Dakota Dale Harvey; his grandmother Lois; his sisters, Deanna Martin, Danielle Harvey and Marcina Georgeson (Chris); and his aunt Juanita Heilman. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
