He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Noel and Doris Noel; and his brothers, Howard (Marjorie) and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his son Chris (Stephanie); and his grandson Brian (Shelby Falk). He is also survived by extended family and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials donated to Zion Ev. Lutheran Church.
